Spring Break Tennis 2009 College Pricing

  • All fees are on a per team basis.
  • Times and sites are always subject to change.
  • All payments must be received no later than February 1, 2009!
  • All match site and time confirmations will be e-mailed to both coaches, within three days of receiving your request. If you have not heard from us within three days, then contact us! As that means we did not receive your match request.
  • Please print your schedule two weeks before your arrival as changes may occur up to that time

NO MATCH REQUEST CAN BE MADE UNTIL BOTH TEAMS HAVE PAID!

All-inclusive Fee:

Includes one match per day for the duration of your trip (up-to 6 matches) and a total of 8 court hours practice time for your visit. A second match-of-the-day booking may be requested only after Jan. 1, 2009. There are no guarantees for the second match of the day, especially during the midddle two weeks of March! A team must have 8 active players on it's roster at Hilton Head before they can become eligible to play two matches on the same day and there must be an available two hour break between matches!

>> $520 per team = For all teams that register before December 15, 2008.
>> Early Payment Discount = $450 per team if paid before July 31, 2008.
>> $590 per team = For teams registering after December 15, 2008.
>> All payments are due before February 1, 2009.

Per Match Fee:

This option is recommended if your stay at Hilton Head Island is short or if you are planning to play only a limited number of matches. There is no practice time included with the per match fee. If you want practice courts, you will need to request and pay for those times separately. Requests and payments are due before February 1, 2009

  • $125 per match - Payment due no later than February 1, 2009
  • $160 per match - For teams registering after December 15, 2008

Practice Fee:

If you want to be assured of practice time, please request it in advance. Practice requests will be confirmed at any time after you have paid your court fees. All practice times need to be requested and paid for no later than February 1, 2009. Practice schedules/sites are handed out at check in!

  • $10 per court hour - Payment due no later than February 1, 2009
  • $15 per court hour - For teams registering after December 15, 2008. Payment due no later than February 1, 2009
