- All fees are on a per team basis.
- Times and sites are always subject to change.
- All match site and time confirmations will be e-mailed to both coaches, within three days of receiving your request. If you have not heard from us within three days, then contact us. As that means we did not receive your match request.
- All court fee payments must be received before January 20, 2012
- Site / Time preference is given to those coaches that register and pay early!
- Final match sites and times are confirmed only when both teams have paid! Preliminary confirmation will be given as soon as a match is requested. Please request if you wish to play on one of our Island's premeir clay court sites, or have a special need for a ranking, or conference match where extra time or court needs should be considered!
SBT 2012 All-Inclusive Fee Per Team:
>>Includes one match per day (up-to 5 matches) and a total of 8 court hours of practice time for your visit.
Early Bird Pricing, before August 1, 2011 = $450.
Regular Pricing - Pay before January 20, 2012 = $480
Second matches-of-the-day booking may be requested only after January 1, 2012. There are no guarantees for the second match of the day, especially between March 4 - 20. A team must have at least 8 active players on it's roster at Hilton Head before they can become eligible to play two matches on the same day and there must be at least an available two hour break between matches.
Be carefull when booking a match with a coach that they are not already playing that day, as we want to give as many teams as possible the opportunity to get at least one match in per day. Any match request that involves a team already playing that day will be returned and can be resubmitted after January 1, 2012

$130 per match
Payments are due when booking any match
This option is recommended if your stay at Hilton Head Island is short or if you are planning to play only a limited number of matches. There is no practice time included with the per match fee. If you want practice courts, you will need to request and pay for those times separately (see practice fees below).

$12 per court hour

If you want to be assured of practice time, please request it in advance, before February 15, 2012! Any practice time requests after February 15 will be done at your check in. All practice time requested before Feb. 15 will be confirmed by return email. Practice schedules/sites are handed out at check in!
